Wax Production Operatives
to join
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global manufacturing business working within a skilled production team. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality components in a
precision-focused manufacturing environment, carrying out detailed manual work with small and intricate parts.
Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous
manufacturing, production or assembly experience who are looking to develop their skills within the aerospace sector.
What We Offer
£15.93 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.
- Monday to Friday working.
- Rotating shifts:
6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
- Temporary to permanent opportunity.
- Full training provided.
- On-site parking available.

Key Duties
- Work with
small, intricate components in a precision-focused manufacturing environment.
- Carry out detailed manual production tasks using hand tools.
- Handle components carefully to maintain quality standards.
- Follow manufacturing processes and work instructions accurately.
- Complete quality checks to ensure components meet required standards.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Keep the working area clean, organised and compliant with site requirements.
- Work effectively as part of a skilled production team.
Requirements
- Strong
attention to detail and a careful approach to work.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components accurately.
- Comfortable carrying out detailed manual tasks for extended periods.
- Good basic English skills, with the ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous
manufacturing, production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and complete full training.
