We are looking for proactive, resilient and highly organised individuals to join our Resource and Incident Management team. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will play a vital part in supporting frontline policing by managing resources, monitoring demand and helping to coordinate our response to incidents across Devon and Cornwall.
The successful candidate will be confident making decisions, prioritising competing demands and communicating effectively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders. You will need to remain calm under pressure, think critically and adapt quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing development. No two days are the same, and you will be responsible for ensuring the right resources are deployed to the right place at the right time, helping us deliver an effective and efficient service to our communities.
