The predicted salary is between 31180 - 38108 £ per year.

You will work as part of the Orthopaedic Ward administration team covering the wards to ensure that all administration duties are performed to help support the clinical staff. You will provide administrative, clerical and receptionist services to patients and visitors calmly, sensitively and efficiently both on the telephone and in person. You will be working as part of a team and in collaboration with others. You will liaise closely with nursing, therapy, medical and supporting services to provide an efficient and effective service for patients.

You should be able to respond to changing priorities and have the ability to work under pressure and be an excellent team player. You will be computer literate and have experience of dealing with the general public. You will need a good general education, proven experience in administration; a flexible can-do attitude and the ability to use your own initiative. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week Wednesday- Friday
