West Exe School in Exeter is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support children with Emotionally Based School Non-Attendance (EBSNA).

You will work with students, families and staff to promote engagement and emotional wellbeing, with the goal of reintegration into mainstream education.

You will join a multidisciplinary team within the Horizon Hub, bringing empathy, resilience and strong safeguarding practices to daily learning activities and interventions.
