Executive Officer & Data Protection Support

We're looking for an exceptional organiser, problem solver and relationship builder to join our Executive Office team as an Executive Officer & Data Protection Support. If you're proactive, professional and enjoy making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Executive Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to combine high-level executive support with specialist data protection and information governance responsibilities in a role where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide professional, proactive and confidential support to members of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships across the College Group and beyond.
  • Support Boards, Committees and other senior meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
  • Support major College events, meetings and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for the College's data protection function, working closely with the DPO and SIRO.

About you

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Calm under pressure and confident using their initiative.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, detail-focused and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experienced in administration, coordination or compliance-related work.
