More detail about the role In accordance with the National Specifications of Cleanliness in the NHS 2025 and other healthcare cleanliness associated documentation, the post holders key objective will be to maintain the high standards of cleanliness of the environment and patient equipment in various ward areas on site.
Cleaning experience is desirable although full training will be given.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities will include general cleaning tasks such as the disposal of refuse, high / low dusting, cleaning sanitary areas, wet mopping; cleaning of patient equipment, etc.
- Hours
- Hours: to be discussed and confirmed at interview. 30 hrs per week (06:00-12:00), two out of three weekends to include Public Holidays 30 hrs per week (07:15-13:15), two out of three weekends to include Public Holidays.
