Your new company A well-established Housing Association in Glasgow is looking to recruit an Estates Coordinator to join their Property Services team on a temporary basis for approximately nine months, with the potential for extension.

Your new role As Estates Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the Association's estates are safe, well maintained and provide a positive environment for residents.
Your responsibilities will include
- Coordinating estate inspections and identifying maintenance requirements.
- Managing responsive estate-related repairs and monitoring works through to completion.
- Liaising with contractors to ensure works are delivered to the required quality, cost and timescales.
- Monitoring contractor performance and service standards.
- Responding to estate-related enquiries from tenants and stakeholders.
- Supporting planned maintenance and environmental improvement programmes.
- Maintaining accurate records and producing reports where required.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have experience working within housing, property or estate management, ideally within a Housing Association or Local Authority environment.
You will also have
- Experience coordinating maintenance or estate management activities.
- Knowledge of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and contractor management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
