We are working closely with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of an Estate Services Cleaner, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.
Rate of Pay: £14.28 - £18.94 per hour
Summary: The Estate Services Cleaner will join a supportive and hardworking cleaning team, carrying out general cleaning duties across various locations on the Isle of Wight. This is a mobile role based from Merstone, working both independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out general cleaning duties to a high standard across various sites.
- Clean communal areas, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, showers, and other facilities.
- Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness across multiple locations.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and guidance.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and products safely.
- Reliable, flexible, and positive approach to work.
- Ability to undertake a physically demanding role.
- Willingness to work across multiple locations.
