As a Bank Quality & Safety Trainer, you'll be working as part of the HCRG Care Group Team in our Corporate service. You will benefit from:

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training such as BLS, PM&H, and Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Children's Services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support on the internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions
- Support the maintenance of the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue
- Involvement in relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects
- Support the education, development, and support to SMEs delivering learning interventions
- Identification and implementation of continuous improvements in learning provision
- Management of own workload with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Support training needs analysis as required
Essential criteria:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Recognised level 4 teaching, training or assessing qualification (or willingness to achieve this)
- Ability to deliver training covering a wide range of health and care appropriate subject specialisms
- Experience of designing, developing and delivering high quality blended learning solutions
- Experience and competence in using digital tools in training solutions
- Knowledge and experience of curriculum development and course design
