As a Production Line Leader, you will coordinate assembly line activities to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
The role focuses on organising and supporting line operators, monitoring production performance, recording hourly outputs, and carrying out quality checks on products leaving the line. You will work closely with Line Pickers and Shift Supervisors to keep production running smoothly and ensure targets are achieved.
Production Line Leaders are expected to identify and elevate any quality, safety, material, or performance issues promptly to the Shift Supervisor, helping to maintain safe and efficient operations throughout the shift.
