We are working on behalf of a reputable, family-run bodyshop in Epsom to recruit a Paint Sprayer This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a supportive team environment that values craftsmanship and dedication.

Duties of the Paint Sprayer:

  • - Prepping vehicles for painting and polishing to meet high-quality standards
  • - Applying paint and ensuring a smooth, professional finish
  • - Polishing and finishing to restore vehicles to showroom quality
  • - Supporting and passing on skills to an apprentice
  • - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • - Contributing to continuous process improvements

Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:

  • - Proven experience in vehicle preparation, painting, and polishing
  • - Reliability and consistency in work performance
  • - Ability to mentor and train less experienced colleagues
  • - Strong team player with excellent communication skills
