Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our flagship client site in
Working alongside the Senior Sous Chef and Food Development Lead, you'll play an important role in preparing and delivering high-quality food and creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
What you'll do
- Prepare a variety of fresh, high-quality food
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Keep hot and cold counters fully stocked
- Assist with hospitality services when required
- Support special events and functions
- Maintain high standards of food presentation
- Keep food preparation and kitchen areas clean and organised
- Assist with pot wash, plate wash, fridges, floors and servery areas
- Support weekly and monthly stock takes
- Report damaged equipment, safety concerns or food quality issues
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Attend required training and team meetings
- Share customer feedback with the Senior Sous Chef or Food Development Lead
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a world-class dining experience
