Duties as English Teacher:
- Deliver engaging English lessons using provided plans

- Support pupils in developing strong communication, comprehension, and critical thinking
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of mixed‑ability groups
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies
- Assess, record, and report on pupil progress when required
- Contribute to departmental planning and collaboration during longer‑term placements
- Promote a positive, productive, and inclusive learning environment
Ideal English Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in English language and literature
