Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment – North London - £42,000
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in North London has arisen!
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a healthcare building in North London.
He or she or they will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site, working closely with a senior member of the team and the team on site.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have some experience in building maintenance.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000, overtime, plenty of further training and a potential route into further career progression.
Responsibilities
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers
- BMS System - Monitor (i. e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Logbooks
- Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
- Changing taps/washers
- Install and replace hot water cylinders, pipework, Boilers, Temperature check the repair and servicing of mechanical & electrical (M&E) equipment, PPM & reactive.
