About the Role

We are looking for a practical, solution-focused Recoveries Specialist to join our client's team in Leicester.

This role is about protecting the business and supporting our overall health.

You will handle sensitive commercial loan situations with Limited companies, Partnerships, Sole Traders, and Personal Guarantors.

While financial recovery is the core goal, your focus will be on finding pragmatic, fair solutions that safeguard the business, resolve disputes smoothly, and manage legal steps when necessary.

What You'll Do

  • Support Business Health: Work directly with business clients, partners, and guarantors to resolve outstanding commercial loans and reach workable solutions.
  • Handle Legal Steps: Manage litigation strategies and enforcement steps when standard routes don't work.
  • Protect the Business: Review loan agreements and assess risks early on to prevent financial loss and avoid unnecessary legal costs.
  • Partner with Experts: Work closely with external stakeholders and insolvency practitioners to keep cases moving forward.
