Inspira (01) is seeking an Employment Specialist for our Barrow-in-Furness area.
You will deliver tailored vocational profiling, career planning and job matching to help participants gain sustainable employment under the Connect to Work programme, using IPS principles.
You will be based from our office in Barrow-in-Furness or Carlisle or Workington, delivering structured 1:1 support and working with employers and health services to create inclusive opportunities and ongoing coaching.
