This rare opportunity would suit an experienced Employment Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate looking to play a key role in the growth of a specialist practice. You will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters whilst helping to develop client relationships, support business growth and contribute to the firm's long-term strategy.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be an experienced employment lawyer operating at Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate level with strong technical expertise across both contentious and advisory employment matters.
- Experience of business development, client relationship management and generating new work will be highly advantageous.
- You should be commercially minded, collaborative in your approach and motivated by the opportunity to play a leading role within a growing boutique practice.
