A permanent Employment and Skills Trainer position within the Employability and Skills Department. This opportunity is open to all NCG colleagues and offers an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in delivering high-quality employability and skills training, supporting learners to achieve positive outcomes, and developing within a dynamic and learner-focused environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across Professional Services and the London College teams, contributing to the delivery of programmes that enhance learners' skills, confidence, and progression into employment or further education. The postholder will ideally have teaching experience and occupational competency in delivering ICT, Employability, Retail, and Customer Service, as these are key areas of need within the department.
