Emergency Department Patient Flow Assistant

Ensure that there are up to date plans for all patients. Ensure that clerking is up to date in real time. Cross reference all patients in the Emergency Department to ensure that all referred patients are on the tracker. Accurately input the Bed Booked times. Ensure referral times to specialties and specialty outcomes are recorded accurately. Ensure coding is completed by a clinician prior to discharge and the patient is removed. Gather information prior to each safety huddle and complete the template accurately Please see the attached Person Specification and Job Description which outline the main responsibilities of this role.
