As a Seasonal Field Operative you could work on any part of the growing, harvesting and packing operations or alternatively supporting with other general warehouse duties; each role has an important part to play in ensuring all our products meet the supermarket standards.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a dynamic environment to help us deliver our G’s promise of supplying fresh produce that delights our customers every day. We have a friendly and welcoming site where everyone works together in achieving our targets, whilst keeping each other safe.

The Seasonal Field Operative role involves working in a multinational team with varied shift patterns, including day shifts, night shifts and across 7 days per week. The team’s shifts will be allocated on the week and therefore, you would need to have full availability to apply for this role.

We offer:

We also accept applicants through the Seasonal Workers Pilot Scheme which allows candidates from outside the UK to obtain a 6-month visa sponsorship.
