The predicted salary is between 11 - 12 £ per hour.
To cover for annual and staff sickness when required.
To undertake catering duties to a high standard of cleanliness and safe practices in the distribution centre / Kitchen and associated areas.
To assist with basic food preparation as and when required, compliance with hygiene and HACCP policies.
To take deliveries, ensure stock is ordered in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
To pick and pack patients' food orders.
- Picking and packing of the food transport boxes.
- Ensure all temperature monitoring systems are up to date and recorded.
- Ordering and receiving of stock - quality control of all products.
- Reporting damaged or ineffective machinery in a timely manner.
- Trained or training to intermediate food hygiene level.
- Stock takes and management of supplier systems.
- Dealing with customer complaints or issues and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Reporting to the Catering Manager.
