Electrophysiology Clinical Fellow in Cardiology
The EP fellow will be part of the arrhythmia team and will work closely with the EP Consultants and Nurse Specialists.
This will involve responsibilities for the in-patients and attending outpatient clinics.
The fellow will also be involved in delivery of our electrophysiology and device service and will receive training with the aim of becoming an independent operator by the end of the fellowship.
He/she will undertake simple and complex EP lists with consultants and gain experience in SVT, AF and VE/VT ablation.
We also offer training in CRT, SCID implantation and His-Bundle pacing.
The appointee will have an opportunity to contribute to EP-based research.
This will involve data collection, provision of information to patients, acquisition of informed consent and assisting during research study cases.
