Applications are invited for the post of Student Administration Officer (Records and Non-Standard Courses) in the Enrolment and Records team in Student Administration. Student Administration Operations is responsible for all central administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, including Enrolment, Academic Timetabling, Attendance Monitoring, Examinations, and Results. The Student Administration Directorate also contains the Doctoral School, the Faculty administration teams, Academic Investigations and the Student Services Centre, which provides a central point of contact for all non-academic enquiries and services for students.

Candidates should have excellent IT and organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and excellent attention to detail. In addition, they should demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.

The role-holder will work closely with other colleagues in the Student Administration team, as well as colleagues from other Professional Services, to ensure that a well-co-ordinated service is provided to students in relation to maintaining and updating student records and supporting the enrolment of students on non-standard or external courses.
