- Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, investigation, appeal, and performance management processes in accordance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues by providing practical HR support and recommendations.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, and induction.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions to improve employee retention.
- Monitor employee attendance, absence, leave records, and payroll inputs while investigating discrepancies where required.
