What skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Applicants must have experience of and be committed to ensuring the welfare and well-being of our pupils is always paramount.
  • Promoting and maintaining excellent school attendance and punctuality and using management information systems.
  • Multi-disciplinary working.
  • Safeguarding procedures and practices including child protection work.
  • Working with families to support vulnerable children.

You will:

  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Have excellent organisation skills.
  • Value all children equally and share our inclusive ethos.
  • Have Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).
