The Education Alliance is seeking an experienced Estates/Facilities professional to join TEAL’s Shared Services Team in a newly created role based at the Teacher Development Centre in Melton. You will support premises teams across TEAL schools, translating the estates strategy into operational deliverables and ensuring consistency in policies, systems and KPIs.
The role is permanent and full-time, with TEAL’s Associate Pay Scale at point 25 (£36,363 FTE).
