This post is based mainly in the Eastleigh locality.
The Wellbeing services provide a range of support, including assessments, courses and groups delivered both within the centres and via digital platforms.
As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Wellbeing team, providing administrative support and reception facilities which assist the delivery of the Wellbeing programme.
You will play a key role in being the point of contact to service users and visitors to the centre.
You will monitor incoming enquiries and referrals, making first contact and following up on information when necessary.
You will support the delivery of the wellbeing programme by sending invitations to courses and monitoring waiting lists.
You will support the team by booking appointments when required.
You will ensure information is recorded in an accurate and timely way on our data system.
