As a Team Leader, you will use your skills and experience to manage a team of staff and work directly with people in mental health crisis, including telephone, face to face and online engagement. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational requirements of the service to ensure it runs effectively and safely.
The Safe Haven is a crisis drop-in centre open 7 days a week - 365 days a year for those experiencing, or at risk of a crisis and is delivered in partnership between Solent Mind and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
