Adult and Community Course Administrator

Are you an organized and enthusiastic administrator who is passionate about supporting lifelong learning and making a difference in local communities?

South Hampshire College Group is looking for an Adult and Community Course Administrator to join our Adult and Community team at Eastleigh Collge.

This is a part-time role, working 16 hours per week on a term-time only contract, offering an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of a broad range of Adult and Community Learning programmes across the Group.

This role offers the opportunity to work across South Hampshire College Group's Adult and Community Learning provision, supporting a range of Tailored Learning programmes delivered across multiple campuses (Fareham, Southampton and Eastleigh colleges).

The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable, working collaboratively with colleagues across the Group to ensure the effective administration and delivery of learning opportunities that meet the needs of our local communities.

Duties

Working closely with the Adult and Community Manager, Curriculum teams, MIS, Quality, and Student Support colleagues, you will:

  • Provide administrative support for all Adult and Community courses.
  • Support learner enrolment processes and course administration.
  • Manage financial payments for community learners.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Support quality improvement activities across the provision.
  • Work with colleagues to identify and develop new learning opportunities for local communities.
  • Help ensure compliance with funding requirements, safeguarding procedures, and data protection legislation.
  • Support the resolution of learner and course-related concerns.
