The purpose of the role is to provide medical care on our General Medical wards situated at Eastbourne District General Hospital.
The Supporting Professional Activities will be used for non-clinical administrative duties, audit, research, clinical governance, teaching and training, and reflective practice.

The post-holder will be managerially accountable to the Chief of Medicine, and professionally accountable to the Chief Medical Officer. The post-holder will be expected to cross-cover essential services when his/her colleagues are on leave.
