East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an NHS England Approved Clinical Coding Trainer to join our Clinical Coding Team.
You will develop and deliver structured training, from induction through to ACC qualification, and mentor coders at all levels while ensuring high-quality coding aligned with national standards.
You will work with the Head of Clinical Coding to continually improve training services, support governance and data quality, and promote staff development within the Trust.
