We are a West Sussex construction company with steady work on, and we need extra pairs of hands on site around East Grinstead and the wider area.

This is general site labouring - no trade experience needed. You will be helping the groundworkers and tradesmen on site, moving, loading and prepping materials, mixing, barrowing and digging by hand where needed, keeping the site clean, tidy and safe, and giving general support wherever it is needed that day.

We offer consistent work rather than a week here and there, and a genuine chance to learn groundworks and general build from people who know it. Several of our lads started with no experience at all.

Pay depends on what you can do and how you get on. We will be straight with you about the number from the start.
