There are Early Years Practitioner opportunities available across the baby, toddler and preschool rooms, and your duties will include planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, carrying out observations, and supporting daily routines, among many more!
It is essential for the Early Years Practitioner role that you hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or Level 3/above for baby room), and that you have excellent experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
You should have strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices, and a passion for working with children is required.
Working in early years is challenging but rewarding, so enthusiasm for the work is important.
