Wigston Menphys Nursery School in Wigston is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for 5 days per week (Permanent/Fixed term). Start September 2026. Hours 8:45am–3:30pm, 39 weeks per year (Term time + 1 week training). Salary Grade 5, Point 7-8 depending on experience.
The role requires NVQ 3 or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will support learners with varying needs while working with a dedicated staff team. Training and CPD are offered.
