Blackpool Council is recruiting for a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to support babies, young children and their families.
The role is part of the Best Start Family Hubs and Healthy Babies programme across Blackpool, working in family hubs, community venues, early years settings and homes.
You will identify needs, promote inclusive practice, and help families access the right services, collaborating with health, education and early help teams to improve outcomes for children aged 0–5 years.
