Manpower is currently recruiting for a Warehouse/FLT driver to join our globally recognised client based south of Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading organisation during an exciting period of growth. The successful candidate will become part of a busy Stores and Warehouse team, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

To be successful in this role, you must hold:

  • A valid external FLT licence, either:
  • Counterbalance
  • Previous warehouse or stores experience is desirable
  • A strong commitment to health and safety

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily safety checks on equipment and vehicles
  • Receive, unload and store deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Check deliveries for damaged or missing items
  • Quality check products and materials
  • Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck FLTs safely and effectively
  • Load and dispatch goods accurately
  • Deliver materials to production lines in line with operational requirements
  • Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Conduct stock counts as required
  • Ensure all lifting and manual handling activities are carried out safely
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Follow all company health, safety and environmental procedures
