The predicted salary is between 37035 - 45265 Β£ per year.

The post holder will maintain verbal and written communication with patients, relatives, and carers and be able to maintain effective communication with external agencies including acute sector, primary care, and the voluntary services. Communicating sensitive condition-related information to patients and relatives requiring empathy and reassurance.

The post holder will be expected to participate in relevant meetings and undertake teaching sessions to staff and patient groups. Ensure compliance with agreed governance systems across the service. Be responsible for maintaining own mandatory training compliance, annual PDP, and continuing professional development to encourage professional curiosity.

Observe and maintain strict confidentiality with regards to any patient/family/staff/records and information in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. The post holder must adhere to the Trust risk assessment and risk management processes to ensure own performance standards are maintained and the direct reports meet performance requirements including clinical competencies.

The post holder must adhere to infection control policies and procedures. It is a condition of your employment that you are currently registered with the NMC and it is your responsibility to maintain your professional registration. Undertake mandatory training and any other training relevant to the role as required by East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust.

The post holder must participate in clinical and other audits as required. Provide patients and their families/carers with information on standards they should expect from the service and ensure the service has mechanisms to capture user and carer experience. Contribute to and support the implementation of agreed pathways and protocols for respiratory care. Be accountable for own actions and professional development.
