We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer in Dunfermline. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to progress their career within a well-established dealership that values expertise and customer service excellence.
Competitive basic salary of up to £28,500, dependent on experience. On-target earnings (OTE) of up to £35,000. Monday to Friday working week with no weekends required. Duties of the Service Advisor:
- Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and professionally.
- Qualify service requirements and diagnose vehicle running issues where appropriate.
- Establish agreement with customers on the work to be carried out.
- Clearly explain work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customer understanding and approval.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards as a Service Advisor.
- Maintain accurate records within relevant systems at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
