Alongside our lodges and leisure activities, we proudly operate an exceptional restaurant and events venue.
Why This Role?
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to take ownership of the hot food section within our kitchen. You’ll be responsible for producing consistently high-quality dishes, supporting junior kitchen staff, and upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hot food section to a high standard
- Ensure dishes are prepared and presented consistently to quality standards
- Support and help develop junior kitchen team members
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health, and safety practices
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, or 2 years’ experience at Commis level
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Passion for cooking and delivering top-quality food
- A positive, proactive, and organised approach
