- Participate in the supervision of more junior/unqualified staff.
- Supervise occupational therapy students on clinical placement within the team.

- Ensure safe and effective use of equipment, resources and consumables at all times.

- Be aware of, comment on and actively participate in changes on policy, procedure or service development.
