The Trustees at Victorious Academies Trust would like to appoint a Site Manager at Yew Tree Primary School, Dukinfield.

This role is a permanent contract at 36 hours per week – split over two shifts.
Yew Tree Primary are seeking a professional individual who
- Has good working knowledge of facility management
- Is hard working, flexible and proactive and will keep our school site safe and promote good housekeeping
- Can use their own initiative and work independently
- Has practical maintenance and DIY skills
- Has good understanding or willing to undertake training in Health and Safety procedures as they relate to school premises, Fire Safety Law and COSHH regulations
- Has the ability to carry out effective risk assessments
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is able to liaise with external contractors and organise schedules of work
- Has the ability to manage day to day cleaning staff.
