IBH Training Facilitator

Location: Midlands Reports to: Operations Director Salary: Β£34,000Β£40,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

The Role The IBH Training Facilitator will deliver engaging, practical and high-quality training to ensure every employee has the skills, confidence and knowledge to provide exceptional care. You will play a key role in developing our workforce through induction, mandatory training, leadership development and continuous professional learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver induction programmes.
  • Facilitate mandatory training.
  • Develop new training content.
  • Deliver practical workshops and competency assessments.
  • Maintain training records and compliance.
  • Support managers with staff development.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Ensure all training reflects current legislation and best practice.
  • Promote continuous learning across the organisation.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience delivering health and social care training.
  • (i.e.: NAPPI)
  • Relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CQC standards and adult social care.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
