Registered Manager - Supported Living Services
Location: Midlands Reports to: Operations Director Starting: £42,000+ per annum depending on experience + Performance Bonus

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead multiple supported living services, ensuring excellent outcomes for the people we support, strong compliance and high-performing teams. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about quality, developing people and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CQC registration and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, inspire and develop Service Managers and support teams.
- Deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
- Ensure services operate safely and effectively.
- Monitor KPIs including occupancy, incidents, staffing, quality and financial performance.
- Build excellent relationships with local authorities, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
- Oversee safeguarding investigations and risk management.
- Lead audits and quality assurance processes.
- Support business growth through assessments and mobilisation of new services.
- Drive a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Manager experience within Supported Living.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Experience managing budgets and service performance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
