YMCA Black Country Group is looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery, providing exceptional care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, inspire and develop staff, and create a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment that meets the requirements of the EYFS and Ofsted.
You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, teaching and learning, compliance and family engagement, health & safety, staffing ratios, and administration while also supporting the nursery's continued growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who is committed to delivering outstanding early years provision and making a lasting difference to children's lives.
