Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Drainage Lining Supervisor to support the delivery of drainage rehabilitation projects across the South of England. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee multiple lining crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while working closely with the Operations Manager.

The Role

  • Supervising CIPP lining crews to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality project delivery
  • Coordinating labour, plant, materials and equipment to keep projects on programme
  • Carrying out regular site visits, monitoring performance, quality and Health & Safety compliance
  • Supporting operational planning, project mobilisation and resource allocation
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and resolving site issues
  • Ensuring lining installations meet technical specifications, QA requirements and client expectations
  • Building strong relationships with clients, site teams and internal departments
  • Promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across operations

About You

We're looking for an experienced supervisor with excellent technical knowledge of drainage lining operations and the leadership skills to manage multiple teams. You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven experience supervising CIPP lining or trenchless rehabilitation projects
  • Strong knowledge of lining installation techniques and site operations
  • Experience coordinating multiple crews, resources and work programmes
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
  • A proactive, organised approach with a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Full UK driving licence

The following would be advantageous:

  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • Confined Space Training
  • First Aid at Work
