We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Dover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in supporting production and ensuring materials and finished goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries
  • Pick materials and products accurately for production and customer orders
  • Pack and prepare goods for dispatch
  • Complete stock movements using warehouse systems and scanners
  • Load and unload vehicles safely
  • Carry out stock checks and report discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift/Combi Lift where trained

About You

  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to working safely
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Forklift or Combi Lift experience is an advantage, although training can be provided
