We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trainee Wheel Technician to join a reputable, award-winning vehicle preparation centre located in Dover, Kent. Duties of the Trainee Wheel Technician:
- Assist with alloy wheel refurbishment, including rubbing, sanding, sandblasting, keying up, and disc abrasive work to restore wheels for sale
- Support tyre fitting processes, learning techniques to ensure quality service
- Contribute to vehicle preparation tasks to high standards
- Develop industrial skills applicable across various areas of vehicle preparation
- Support team members with general vehicle presentation tasks, maintaining quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training to extend technical skills into diagnostic and servicing disciplines
