Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable experience in Lower Key Stage 2 or an experienced teacher seeking a fresh opportunity, we have a range of roles available to match your skills, preferences and career goals.
The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you'll play an important role in supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You'll help children develop greater independence, build confidence in their learning and strengthen key skills across the curriculum. You'll deliver engaging lessons, create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and support pupils as they continue their academic and personal development during this important stage of primary education. Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.
We're Looking for Teachers Who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
- Have experience teaching in primary schools, ideally within Lower KS2
- Can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Are committed to achieving positive outcomes for all pupils
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and a passion for learning to the classroom
