We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, family-run vehicle preparation centre in Dover for a PDI Technician. This is a structured, entry-level role for individuals with strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.

- Monday to Friday working hours: 07:30 to 16:30

Duties of a PDI Technician:
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) using structured vehicle checklists
- Check key vehicle items to a retail-ready standard (including tyres, lights, wipers, fluids, and sun visors)
- Identify and clearly flag any issues or faults for rectification
- Support vehicle preparation work to ensure consistent quality before vehicles go on sale
- Develop over time to assist with diagnostic and servicing support tasks as needed
Requirements of a PDI Technician:
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach
- Pride in completing work to specification, not simply completing tasks
- Willingness to learn and take direction; reliable and respectful working behaviour
- Previous experience in a similar preparation role is helpful but not essential
- Basic workshop familiarity is beneficial; no formal qualifications are required for this PDI Technician position
- Must be able to work to defined processes and quality standards
