Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational targets.
- Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and clear performance management.
- Manage day-to-day HR matters, including attendance, conduct, and employee relations.
- Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
- Ensure operational KPIs are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures.

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Shift Manager or in a similar leadership role within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams.
