Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational targets.
  • Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and clear performance management.
  • Manage day-to-day HR matters, including attendance, conduct, and employee relations.
  • Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
  • Ensure operational KPIs are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Shift Manager or in a similar leadership role within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong performance management and coaching skills.
  • Confidence in handling HR-related matters within an operational environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the norm and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to business requirements.
